The other day we spent a fantastic day driving through the hinterlands on the Sunshine Coast, Qld, Australia in search of artists and crafters, their handmade goodies and some food to sustain us on our way. First stop was Kenilworth, which is about 30 mins drive West from Noosa.

We found a local craft co-op where we sourced some local crafters and bought some gorgeous kiddies aprons.

Cute handmade apron comes complete with cooking set for the little chef in the family!

By then, we were getting hungry, so we stopped at the local cheese factory to sample some cheese.

We loved the cheese so much that we bought a HUGE block of sweet chilli and coriander cheese, so YUM! We also bought some locally made yoghurt and mustard, all in all a very successful stop. And while we were filling our tummies our pooches were patiently waiting in the Holden for us....

Stay tuned for more details later this week about our next stop, beautiful Maleny.
